Teak bathroom table – round, Ø 51 cm, fully assembled

Staying put for a moment after your bath, the candle flickering, your towel within easy reach – the only thing missing is somewhere to put things down. That's exactly where this solid teak bathroom table comes in: it keeps soap, oils and brushes right where you need them, while bringing a touch of warm, natural charm to your bathroom. It's as if it were made for your little moments of time out at home.

What changes for you

• You always have soap, sponge, candles and oils close at hand – thanks to the storage shelf beneath the round tabletop.
• Your bathroom feels calmer and more homely, as the solid teak and its grain bring warmth into the room.
• There's no need to worry about moisture – the lacquered, splash-resistant teak copes well with humid air and is resistant to rot and decay.
• You can place the table on tiles without a second thought, as non-slip rubber feet keep it standing securely and protect your floor.
• You skip the assembly altogether – the table arrives fully assembled and is ready to go straight away.

Why this bathroom table makes a difference every day

A table in the bathroom changes more than you might think: instead of bottles and jars balancing on the edge of the bath, everything has its own place. The room looks tidier, bath time feels more relaxed – and the warm wood turns a practical bathroom into somewhere you're happy to linger a few minutes longer. In a wellness or sauna area, too, it creates that little spa moment with hardly any effort.

Material & finish

The tabletop and frame are made of solid teak. The wood is lacquered, which makes it splash-resistant. Moisture in the bathroom is no problem, as teak is naturally resistant to rot and decay. You can feel the careful craftsmanship from the Cambridge Casual manufactory in Indonesia the first time you touch it. Smooth surfaces, clean edges, solid wood: a piece that lasts. As a natural material, every piece of wood has its own grain, different shades and small knots. This is not a flaw. It makes every piece one of a kind.

• Beyond the bathroom, too: as a small side table next to an armchair or lounger, the teak brings warmth to any room.

Good to know about teak

Teak naturally contains oils that make it especially resistant to moisture – which is why it has been used in shipbuilding for centuries. It's exactly this quality that makes it the right choice for bathrooms and saunas, where other woods would soon suffer.

Care & durability

There's not much you need to do: simply wipe the lacquered surface with a cloth, and splashes are no problem at all. Even so, you should wipe away any standing water – that way the teak keeps its warm, well-cared-for look for a long time.
