Payment methods
You can pay us in lots of ways. You'll see the options at checkout. Which payment methods appear there depends on the delivery country and your device.
Available straight away
- Payment in advance / bank transfer – you transfer the amount to our account beforehand
- PayPal – you can use it even without your own PayPal account
- Credit card
- SEPA direct debit
- Google Pay and Apple Pay
- Amazon Pay – your address and payment details come from your Amazon account
- Revolut Pay
Pay later
- Pay by invoice (via PayPal/Ratepay) – for deliveries within Germany, with an order value of €5 to €2,500
- Klarna – invoice & instalments – you choose the exact option yourself at Klarna
- Pay in instalments with PayPal
Two ways to pay by invoice – they're not the same
With pay by invoice via PayPal/Ratepay, Ratepay issues the invoice on behalf of PayPal. You'll need your date of birth and phone number. You only pay within 30 days of receiving your goods. Payment goes to Ratepay's bank account. We show you these details right after you order, and they're also on the invoice. Your order goes into production straight away.
This is different from an invoice with payment terms (14 days). Here you pay us. We set this up for business customers and public institutions with an approved customer account. Just get in touch with us.
Paying in advance
You'll see our bank details as soon as you complete your order. We'll also send them to you by email. Please use your order number as the payment reference. As soon as your payment arrives, your order goes into production.
