Office stamp – wooden stamp with standard or custom text

The pile on your desk is cleared, the last invoice checked – now one satisfying “ERLEDIGT” (done) on every sheet, and your evening off feels well earned. That’s exactly what this wooden stamp is for: an office stamp made from certified beech, with a laser-cut text plate and a handle that sits comfortably in your hand – as if it were made for your desk. Simply choose from over 50 standard texts or have your own custom text made.

What changes for you

• You can see at a glance which documents are done, paid or checked – thanks to the clear, even impressions from the laser-cut stamp plate.
• You’ll never stamp upside down by mistake – the metal ball and the laser-engraved lettering on the front show you straight away which way is forward.
• Your hand won’t tire, even after lots of impressions – the tried-and-tested teardrop handle gives you a firm, secure grip.
• You can design your stamp yourself – with your own text, exactly as you specify, for a small extra charge.
• You're working with a tool that lasts. The stamp and the stamp plate are made in Germany, in our own production in Pößneck.

Why this wooden stamp makes a difference every day

A quick stamp replaces a handwritten note – and every document looks consistent and tidy. That’s how a simple stamp brings lasting order to your office: incoming post, approvals and payments are recognisable at first glance, without you having to search or ask around. Especially with recurring tasks, you’ll save yourself a few steps every single day.

Material & finish

The stamp body is made from German beech roundwood from certified beech. It is a dense, dimensionally stable wood. It feels smooth and copes with many years of office use without complaint. The text plate is laser-engraved, so you get precise lettering with a clean typeface. The grain and shades of the wood vary slightly from piece to piece. This isn't a flaw. It makes your stamp one of a kind. The stamp and stamp plate are made in Germany.

How to use your wooden stamp

• In accounts: stamp “BEZAHLT” (paid) or “GEBUCHT” (booked) on every invoice – and next time you reach for the folder, you’ll know straight away what’s still outstanding.
• For incoming post: “EINGANG” (received) or “EMPFANGEN” (received) on every letter – so there’s a record of when something arrived, without anyone writing the date and a note by hand.
• In the warehouse or dispatch: “WARENEINGANG” (goods in), “WARENAUSGANG” (goods out) or “VERSENDET” (shipped) on the delivery note – your processes stay easy to follow, even on busy days.
• In your home office: “ERLEDIGT” (done) on the finished pile – a small moment of satisfaction at the end of the day.
• With custom text: as a compact company stamp with your own wording, it marks every receipt, bag and envelope with a line that belongs to your business.

Good to know about your wooden stamp

Beech has always been the classic wood for stamps: it’s hard, dimensionally stable and can be finely worked. That’s exactly why the handle stays firm and comfortable in your hand even after thousands of impressions – one reason wooden stamps have never gone out of fashion in the office.

Care & durability

There’s not much you need to do: keep the stamp dry and simply wipe the text plate clean when needed. Avoid constant moisture and harsh cleaning products – that way the wood and the stamp plate keep their clean lettering for a long time.
