• In the warehouse or at goods receiving: stamp WARENEINGANG with the date straight onto the delivery note. If questions come up, it's clear at once when the delivery arrived.
• In accounts: stamp BEZAHLT or ÜBERWIESEN on the settled invoice. You can watch the pile of open items shrink.
• With your own text for your business: your custom term, such as a department code or an approval note, makes the stamp a fixed part of your workflow.
