Dicing onions, slicing peppers, portioning fruit – and soon everything is scattered across the worktop. With this chopping board with collecting trays, you simply push what you've cut straight into the tray under the board. Then you carry on working on a clear surface. The bamboo board with removable trays in plastic or stainless steel is made for your kitchen prep: chop, collect, serve – all in one workflow.

What changes for you

  • Your worktop stays clear and tidy. Vegetables, fruit or meat trimmings go straight into the collecting tray instead of piling up on the board.
  • No more scooping things up by hand. Simply pull out the tray and carry it with its contents to the pan or bowl.
  • Washing up is quicker. The collecting trays in plastic and stainless steel are dishwasher safe.
  • You can serve straight from the board. Antipasti, cheese or bread are easy to see on the light, evenly grained bamboo on your table.
  • You'll find the right version for your needs. Choose from the version with one tray up to the stainless steel tray in Gastronorm 1/2 for commercial use.

Why this chopping board makes a difference every day

Cooking feels more relaxed when every move works and nothing is in the way. Instead of juggling board, bowls and worktop, you have a set place for everything you cut. Your kitchen stays tidy while you prep. And when guests arrive, the chopping board quickly becomes a serving board for snacks and salads.

Material & finish

  • The board is made of bamboo. It is sturdy and easy to care for, so it will see you through everyday kitchen life for a long time.
  • The surface is sanded smooth and food-safe. You can cut meat, fruit and bread directly on it.
  • The collecting trays in plastic or stainless steel are dishwasher safe. Cleaning takes hardly any time.
  • Bamboo is a natural material. Every board has its own grain, with varying shades, small irregularities or knots. This makes your board one of a kind – it is not a defect.
  • The board is neatly finished. It has smooth edges, flat surfaces and a stable fit between board and trays.

How to use your cutting board

  • For weekday cooking: chop the vegetables, push them into the tray, carry the tray to the pan. Your worktop stays clear the whole time.
  • For baking and measuring: the transparent version has a measuring scale, so you can measure ingredients right in the tray. That's one step less.
  • When guests come round: arrange antipasti, cheese and pastries on the bamboo board. Then serve straight from the board, without moving anything.
  • In catering and hospitality: the version with the stainless steel tray in Gastronorm 1/2 fits into existing container systems. Cut produce goes into the fridge or to the serving counter without decanting.
  • For a snack or light supper: cut bread and cold meats on the board. The crumbs land in the tray and the table stays clean.

Good to know about bamboo

Botanically, bamboo is not a tree but a grass. It is one of the fastest-growing plants in the world. Even so, the material is very hard and keeps its shape well. That is why it has long been a popular material for chopping boards. It stands up to daily chopping and keeps its smooth surface for a long time.

Care & durability

There's not much to do. Simply put the collecting trays in the dishwasher. Wipe the bamboo board with a damp cloth after use and let it dry. Avoid leaving the board in water for long periods. This keeps the surface smooth and looking good for a long time.
