The floor vase from your last bunch of flowers, the carafe from the weekend, the test tube in the lab. Wherever a washing-up sponge can't reach, dirt tends to stay put. With the cylinder brush 500mm with cap, you can reach the bottom of tall vessels and the inside of long pipes without contorting yourself. It's made for all the places your hand can't get to. Afterwards, things are properly clean, not just clean-looking.

What changes for you

  • You can clean even tall bottles, vases and measuring cylinders right to the bottom. That's thanks to the 500 mm length and a flexible handle that adapts to the shape of the vessel.
  • Your glasses and bottles come through cleaning without scratches. The bleached natural bristles are fairly soft and gently reach corners and edges too.
  • You can also use cleaning agents without holding back. The bristles resist many alkalis and acids and are heat-resistant up to approx. 150 degrees.
  • No annoying dust clinging to the brush. Natural bristles don't build up static and wipe and remove dust well.
  • You'll always find the brush straight away. The hanging eyelet at the end of the handle keeps it to hand on a hook instead of lost in a drawer.

Why this cylinder brush makes a difference every day

It's the difference between "looks clean" and "is clean". When you look into the bottle after washing and there's no film left at the bottom, you don't have to do anything twice. No more fiddling with cloths, rice tricks or makeshift sticks. You reach for the right brush once and you're done in a few strokes. This saves time and is gentle on your vessels. And it takes the frustration out of cleaning narrow openings.

Material & finish

  • Bleached natural bristles: soft enough to clean without scratching, yet very hard-wearing. The brush stays in use for a long time.
  • Twisted handle made of galvanised wire: flexible enough to follow bends in pipes and hoses. It also copes well with wet use.
  • Tip with cap: protects the inside of the vessel as you insert the brush.
  • Neatly made in Germany. Designed for both home and commercial use.

How to use the cylinder brush

  • After a bunch of flowers: a few strokes through the tall vase and the green film at the bottom is gone before it sets in.
  • In the kitchen: carafes, drinking bottles and narrow glasses get clean right to the bottom. You won't leave scratch marks on the rim.
  • In the lab or surgery: you can clean test tubes and measuring cylinders quickly and thoroughly. That includes using alkalis and acids, which the bristles can withstand.
  • In workshops and businesses: thanks to the flexible handle, you can clear pipes, hoses and narrow hose nozzles. Even where rigid brushes can't reach.
  • In catering and brewing: bottles and containers are quickly ready to use again. There's a brush size from 10 to 60 mm in diameter for every opening.

Good to know about natural bristles

Natural bristles absorb water – around 40 percent with this brush. This keeps washing-up water and cleaning agent right on the bristle instead of just spreading it around. That's exactly why they clean bottles, glasses and pipes more thoroughly than many smooth synthetic bristles. And they don't build up any static.

Care & durability

There's not much you need to do. After use, give it a quick rinse and hang the brush up by its eyelet so it can dry properly. This keeps the hard-wearing natural bristles in shape for a long time. The brush stays ready to use for years.
