Why this Dharma wheel makes a difference in everyday life
A symbol you've designed yourself changes the mood of a room. Your meditation corner gets a calm focal point. Your yoga room gets a clear, deliberately placed centre. And because you paint or decorate the wheel yourself, what hangs there isn't just any decoration. It's something made by your own hand. A simple cutout becomes a piece that reminds you of a mindful moment every day.
Material & finish
The solid bookbinding-grade board feels pleasantly sturdy in your hand. It doesn't warp as quickly as thin craft card while you work on it. The surface is smooth, so paint and glue go on evenly. The brown edges come from the laser cutting and give the motif a clear, calm outline. Every Dharma wheel is made in our own production at Bütic in Pößneck, Thuringia. It is cleanly finished and made from 100% recycled material.

- For mindfulness projects in classes and workshops: hand out the cutouts as a design task. Every participant takes home a symbol they've designed themselves.
- In a yoga studio or class room: a large 50 cm wheel on the wall gives the room a clear theme – without any major redecorating.
- For weddings, birthdays, engagements or Valentine's Day: use the silhouette as a special element in your party decor or on handmade cards. It's a motif not everyone has.
Good to know about the Dharma wheel
The wheel of the teaching, called Dharmachakra in Sanskrit, is one of the oldest and best-known symbols of Buddhism. It stands for the teachings of the Buddha. That's why it suits any place meant for calm and mindfulness. Use it in your meditation corner, in your yoga room or as a thoughtful gift for people on this path.
Care & durability
There isn't much you need to do. As the board is untreated, keep it dry and protect it from constant moisture. If you want to make the wheel more durable, you can paint or varnish it. That way your piece stays looking good for a long time.
