Christmas window hanging – meerkat couple with candle, wood

It gets dark early outside. Indoors, the first candle is lit. And the window still needs a small wooden motif that makes visitors and neighbours smile. That is exactly what this wooden window hanging with a meerkat couple and candle is made for: hang it up, step back, enjoy. A small motif that makes your window or wall feel warm straight away.

What changes for you

• Your window looks lovingly decorated from inside and outside. The motif is laser-engraved on both sides, so there is something to see from either side.
• You can put the decoration up in a few seconds. Thanks to the hole for hanging, all you need is a piece of string or a hook.
• You bring a piece of nature into your home instead of smooth mass-produced goods. Every window hanging made of poplar plywood has its own grain, so each one is unique.
• You can rely on clean edges and fine details. All cuts are made by laser and the finish is neat.

Why this window hanging makes a difference every day

A wall or window doesn’t need elaborate decorating to feel cosy. Often a single motif that feels warm is enough. Two meerkats sitting together by a candle tell just such a little story. Every day you have a reason to glance over and smile.

Material & finish

The window hanging is made of poplar plywood and is produced in our own production in Pößneck. All cuts are made by laser, and the motif is engraved on both sides. Wood is a purely natural material. Plywood shows different textures. It is sometimes lighter, sometimes darker, and may have small irregularities or knots in the grain. This is why the engravings on the two sides almost always differ in brightness. That is not a flaw. It is exactly what makes your piece one of a kind.

• As a gift: for meerkat fans or as a small gesture for a couple. Handy, light and quick to wrap nicely.

• As wall decoration in the hallway or children’s room: simply hang it on a small hook. The wall instantly feels more personal.

Good to know about the meerkat

Meerkats live in close family groups. One always keeps watch while the others look after the young. That is why they are seen as a symbol of togetherness and care. And that makes this couple with candle a fitting gift for your partner, family or good friends.
