Each sun is laser-cut from 3 mm plywood. This gives it the typical brown edge, a distinctive mark of this production method. The yellow glaze is applied with care. Depending on the light, you may see wood grain and small knots showing through on some suns. Wood is a purely natural material, so every piece turns out a little different. That makes each sun one of a kind. The back is left natural and untreated. You can paint it or stick things on it as you like. Every sun is made in our own production in Pößneck, in the heart of Thuringia.
