The tree is up and the fairy lights are glowing. Now all that's missing are ornaments that pick up the warm glow without being too much. With this golden wooden bell with hole, you can hang pieces that feel lovely in the hand on a fir tree, a branch or a window frame in just a few minutes. They're made for your Christmas decorations. And if you prefer to create your own: the cutout is also a good base if you'd like to make Christmas decorations yourself.

What changes for you

  • Your Advent and festive decorations get a calm, golden tone. Depending on the light, the glaze even lets the wood grain show through.
  • You can hang the bell straight away, with no drilling or gluing. That's thanks to the 3 mm hole at the top centre.
  • You'll find exactly the size you need, from a small Christmas tree ornament to a large shop window bell. You can choose anything from 3 to 50 cm in 1 cm steps.
  • You can keep decorating to your own taste. The natural back can be painted, written on or decorated with stuck-on details. This also works well when crafting with children.
  • You can kit out whole projects in one go. The bell can be ordered individually or in sets of 10, 25, 50 or 100.

Why this wooden bell makes a difference in everyday life

Golden decorations can easily look smooth and artificial. This one is different. Because there's real wood under the glaze, the bell brings warmth to the room instead of cold glitter. On the tree, on the Advent wreath or in the shop window, the bell blends in with your decorations. It looks festive, and the glaze lets the wood beneath show through. Hang it up and the room instantly feels a little more like Christmas.

Material & finish

The bell is laser-cut from 3 mm plywood and made in our own production in Pößneck. Laser cutting gives smooth, precise edges with the typical brown rim. This rim forms a subtle contrast to the golden motif. The golden glaze meets the requirements of DIN EN 71-3. So you can also use the bell for Christmas crafts with children. Only the front is lacquered. The back stays natural and untreated. Wood is a natural material, so differences in shade, fine textures and small knots are part of it. That's exactly what makes each piece one of a kind.

How to use the golden bell

  • On Christmas Eve: hang small bells on ribbon in the tree. The tree shines gold before the first candle is lit.
  • Christmas crafting with the family: paint the natural back or write a name on it. Every guest finds their own ornament at their place.
  • As a gift tag: tie a bell onto the ribbon. The parcel looks lovingly wrapped, with very little effort.
  • In a café, bakery or shop: hang several sizes at staggered heights in the shop window or above the counter. Your festive decorations are up in minutes. They look planned rather than thrown together.
  • For clubs, schools and caterers: with sets of 10, 25, 50 or 100, you can decorate bazaars, Advent parties and events in one go.

Good to know about bells

In many regions, bells traditionally ring in the festive season. It's no accident that “Süßer die Glocken nie klingen” is one of the best-known German Christmas carols. That's why the bell suits Advent, Christmas and festive occasions as a motif. It stands for the moment the celebration begins.

Care & durability

There's not much you need to do. If needed, simply dust it with a dry cloth. As the back is untreated, it's best to keep the bell away from constant moisture. That way the golden surface stays beautiful for a long time. And you can enjoy it for many Advent seasons.
