Not sure which to choose? With a Bütic gift voucher you can never get it wrong. The kitchen table is covered in paper, scissors and glue. The presents are almost done. But something small and shiny is still missing to lift plain brown paper. That is exactly what this gold crown is made for. It is a precisely laser-cut cutout with a shimmering gold front. All you need to do is stick it on or arrange it. Each crown is wood with a fine gold glaze. It comes in your chosen size from 3 to 50 cm. Use it straight away as Christmas decoration, a gift tag or window decoration.
What changes for you
- The crown arrives laser-cut with smooth edges and is ready to use. You can stick it on or arrange it in a few minutes.
- You can relax while crafting with children – the stain meets the requirements of DIN EN 71-3.
- You design the back just as you like. It is left natural and untreated. So you can paint it, write on it or stick things to it.
- You will find the right size for every project. Choose a width from 3 to 50 cm in 1 cm steps, single or in a set.
- You can plan larger projects without placing single orders. Sets of 10, 25, 50 or 100 pieces work well for school, nursery or shop decoration, for example.
Why this gold crown makes a difference every day
A gold crown on a present shows that you have made an effort. In the window it catches the Advent light. And children's crafts get a neat, finished look. The crown comes ready cut. So you skip the fiddly work with template and saw. You only take care of the fun part of crafting. An afternoon at the table ends with something you are happy to show off.
Material & finish
The crown is laser-cut from 3 mm poplar plywood. It is made in our own production in Pößneck. The laser cut gives smooth, precise edges. It also leaves the typical brown edge, which gives the shape a fine outline. Depending on the light, the wood grain and small knots show through the gold glaze. Wood is a purely natural material. Each piece varies a little in brightness and texture. That makes every crown one of a kind. Only the front is coated. The back is left natural and untreated.

How to use the gold crown
- Christmas crafts with children: each child decorates their own crown. In the end, a decoration they are proud of hangs on the tree.
- Stuck on presents: a small crown on the wrapping paper makes even the plainest parcel look royal.
- Arranged in the window: several sizes side by side make calm, golden Christmas decoration. No flashing lights, no cables.
- Making money gifts: the crown sits right on the card. And the envelope turns into a little treasure chest.
- Children's birthday with a princess or king theme: put crowns on the table for painting. That keeps the little guests busy as well.
- For shops, cafés or bakeries: large crowns up to 50 cm wide are quick to put up in the shop window or at the counter. No big rearranging needed.
Good to know about the crown
For centuries, the crown has stood for dignity and celebration. It is also firmly part of the Christmas season. The Three Kings are traditionally shown wearing crowns. Carol singers wear them too, around Epiphany on 6 January. So the design suits more than Advent. It stays with you into January. And all year round, it fits birthdays and royal-themed parties.
Care & durability
There is not much to do. Dusting it with a dry cloth now and then is enough. Keep the crown away from water and constant damp. Wood is a natural material, and this keeps the gold shine looking good for a long time.

Frequently asked questions
Is the crown suitable for crafting with children? Yes. The gold glaze meets the requirements of DIN EN 71-3.
Why does the crown have a brown edge? The cutout is laser-cut. This creates the typical brown edge, which gives the shape a clear outline. It is not a flaw but a feature of laser cutting.
Can I paint the back? Yes. Only the front is gold-glazed. The back is left natural and untreated – ideal for painting, writing on or decorating with stickers.
Does every crown look the same? Not quite. Wood is a natural material. It varies in brightness, grain and small knots. Depending on the light, the texture shows through the glaze. So every crown is one of a kind.
What matters is the moment your child holds the crown they decorated themselves. Or the moment your guests stop at the window because something is shimmering gold. Just choose your size and quantity.
