Material & finish

The hearts are made of 3 mm plywood. They are laser-cut in our own production in Pößneck, Thuringia. This is also where the brown edge comes from, which is typical of laser-cut pieces. The grey stain on the front is applied evenly and leaves the wood visible underneath. Depending on the light, the grain and small knots show through. Wood is a purely natural material. Brightness and texture vary slightly from piece to piece. This makes each heart unique, not faulty.
