Not sure which to choose? With a Bütic gift voucher you can never get it wrong.Advent is starting and the windowsill still looks bare. You want Christmas decorations that look natural and mean something to you. This modern green wooden fir tree brings a little wooden Christmas tree into your home. It feels as if it were made for your windowsill. Use it on its own on a charger plate or as a tiered fir forest. A finished scene takes just a few moves.
What changes for you
- Your windowsill, table or shelf looks festive straight away, without lots of decorating. The fir tree's clear, modern silhouette stands on its own.
- You put together your own little forest. Heights range from 3 to 50 cm in 1 cm steps. So the tiers turn out exactly as you picture them.
- You can relax while crafting, painting and decorating with children. The green glaze meets the requirements of DIN EN 71-3.
- Your decorations look neat even close up. The fir tree is laser-cut, with smooth edges and a precise cut to size.
- You get a one-off piece instead of mass-produced goods. Depending on the light, the wood grain and knots show through the glaze.
Why this wooden fir tree makes a difference every day
Wooden Christmas decorations bring a calm to a room that plastic can't match. The fir tree stands there quietly and suits any interior. You can bring it out again year after year. And because you choose the height, it fits your home – not the other way round.
Material & finish
The fir tree is made from 3 mm plywood and laser-cut in our own production in Pößneck. That's where the typical brown edge comes from, which gives the shape a fine outline. The front has a green glaze. Depending on the light, you can still see the grain and small knots through it. The back is left natural and untreated. Wood is a purely natural material. It varies in shade and shows more or less texture. That makes each piece a one-off, not a flaw.

How to use the wooden fir tree
- At Christmas dinner: a small fir tree at every place. Your table tells of the celebration before the first course.
- Making Christmas decorations with children: paint the back, stick things on, decorate it. Every child proudly takes their own tree home.
- On the windowsill: set up several heights in tiers. Single fir trees become a forest that looks just as good from outside as from inside.
- As table scatter or in a window display: spread small sizes between candles and twigs. Your Advent decorations look like they belong together.
- In a café, bakery or at a market stall: spread fir trees in different sizes across the counter and shop window floor. In a few minutes your goods have a Christmas frame, with no complicated rearranging.
Good to know about the fir tree
As an evergreen, the fir tree has stood for life and hope in the middle of winter for centuries. This gave rise to the tradition of the decorated Christmas tree in German-speaking countries. That's why the motif works well beyond Christmas Eve. From the first Sunday of Advent to the Secret Santa swap and the winter shop window in January.
Care & durability
There's not much to do. Simply wipe off dust with a dry cloth, and that's it. Wood is sensitive to constant moisture, so it's best to store the fir tree somewhere dry. That way it will still look like new next Advent.

Frequently asked questions
