Every heart is made in our own production in Pößneck. We lacquer the raw sheets of 3 mm birch plywood in colour on both sides ourselves. Then they are laser-cut. This gives clean, precise work and smooth edges. The clear, satin-matt water-based lacquer on both sides keeps the wood grain visible. Wood is a purely natural material. Brightness, texture and small knots vary from piece to piece. That is not a flaw – it is exactly what makes each heart one of a kind.

Do all the hearts look exactly the same? No – wood is a natural material. Brightness, grain and small knots vary, so every heart is one of a kind.

Is the heart coloured on both sides? Yes. The hearts are lacquered dark pink on both sides. They are also sealed on both sides with a clear satin-matt lacquer. So you can hang them up or lay them out any way you like.

How do height and width relate? Height and width are the same. For example, if you choose a height of 10 cm, the width is also 10 cm.
