The heart is made in our own production in Pößneck. We lacquer the raw birch plywood sheets in colour on both sides ourselves. On top goes a clear, water-based satin lacquer. This keeps the wood grain visible, and the surface feels pleasantly smooth. Laser cutting gives precise outlines and clean edges. You can start decorating, gluing or threading straight away. Small knots and variations in colour are part of wood as a natural material. They are not a flaw – they make every heart unique.
