Every hexagon is made from 3 mm birch plywood in our own production in Pößneck. Laser cutting gives clean, smooth edges and precise dimensions. The pieces feel nice in your hand and are easy to arrange accurately. A clear, satin-matt water-based varnish protects both sides. The natural grain still shows through. Wood is a purely natural material. So brightness, texture and small knots vary a little from piece to piece. This makes every hexagon unique. It is not a defect.
