We then add a clear, water-based satin-matt varnish that lets the wood grain and knots show through. Wood is a natural material. Its shade varies and the grain may show small irregularities. This makes every piece unique and is not a defect. Every wooden cutout is made in our own production in Pößneck, Thuringia.
