The puzzle piece is made of 3 mm plywood. It is laser-cut in our own production in Pößneck. That's where the smooth, accurate edges come from. Laser cutting also leaves the typical brown edge, which gives the shape a fine outline. The light green stain on the front is applied with care. Depending on the light, the natural grain shows through. The back is left natural and untreated, so paints and glue stick well there. Wood is a natural material. Varying shades, fine textures and small knots are part of it. That's what makes every piece one of a kind.
