The motif Easter eggs are laser-cut from 3 mm birch plywood. They are made in our own production in Pößneck, Thuringia. Laser cutting gives smooth edges and the typical fine brown rim that frames the motifs nicely. The yellow surface is sealed with water-based clear varnish. This makes it durable and pleasant to the touch. Wood is a natural material. The grain can vary in shade and show small irregularities. That makes every piece one of a kind, not faulty.
