Not sure which to choose? With a Bütic gift voucher you can never get it wrong. The first Christmas cards are on the table. The children are already sitting with their brushes at the ready. One detail is still missing: something made of real wood that adds a third dimension to paper and ribbon. That is exactly what these self-adhesive wooden Christmas trees are made for. They are little Christmas trees from 1 to 10 cm. You simply peel off the backing, stick them on and decorate them however you like. A plain card, a window or a present becomes a piece of lovingly made Christmas decoration.
What changes for you
- You can decorate without glue, waiting time or sticky fingers. The back already comes with strong, transparent 3M adhesive tape.
- Your cards, presents and windows look festive straight away. That's down to the clear Christmas tree shape with its light surface and brown edges.
- You can design each little tree to suit you. The wood is untreated, so you can paint it, stick things on it or oil it.
- You'll find the right size for every idea. Choose from 1 to 10 cm in 1 cm steps, from a tiny sticker to wall decoration.
- When you do Christmas crafts with children, you're ready to start quickly – unpack, paint, stick on, done.
Why these wooden Christmas trees make a difference every day
Making Christmas decorations should be fun. It shouldn't get lost in preparation and tidying up. With the self-adhesive trees, you create something visible in just a few minutes. The card feels more personal, the window more festive, the present more thoughtful. And because real wood is more matt and tactile than paper or foil, your Advent decorations clearly stand out.
Material & finish
Each little tree is laser-cut from 3 mm plywood. That gives it the typical brown edges, which contrast neatly with the light front. The wood is untreated, neither varnished nor glazed. It takes paints, pens and oil well. Wood is a natural material, so every piece turns out a little differently. Some are lighter, some darker, with fine structures in the grain and occasionally small knots. This is not a flaw. It makes every little tree unique. By the way, the Christmas trees are made in our own production in Pößneck, Thuringia – with clean, careful finishing.

How to use the Christmas trees
- Making Christmas cards: Stick on a little tree and add a name – and the standard card becomes a personal greeting that people like to keep.
- Crafting with children: Each child paints their own little tree and sticks it on the window. Bit by bit, a small forest grows on the glass.
- As wall decoration: Stick several sizes in a staggered row on a smooth wall or door. The hallway looks ready for Advent straight away – no nails or hooks needed.
- Wrapping presents: Instead of a bow, put a wooden tree on the brown paper. The present looks thoughtful, and the tree stays on as a small keepsake.
- In a café, bakery or at a market stall: Stick the trees on price tags, the counter or the shop window. In just a few minutes, your shop decoration gets a consistent Christmas look.
- For celebrations all year round: The natural little trees also suit cards and table decorations for weddings, birthdays, engagements or Valentine's Day.
Good to know about the Christmas tree
For centuries, the evergreen fir tree has stood for hope and vitality in the middle of winter. The decorated Christmas tree as we know it has its roots in the German-speaking world. That's exactly why the motif works so reliably. A small tree on a card or present is enough, and everyone understands the message at first glance.
Care & durability
There isn't much you need to do. As the wood is untreated, it's best kept dry and away from constant moisture. For the best adhesion, stick the trees onto a smooth surface free of grease and dust. That way, your decorations stay firmly where they belong.

Frequently asked questions
What surfaces do the self-adhesive Christmas trees stick to best? Smooth surfaces free of grease and dust – for example glass, cards, wrapping paper or painted surfaces.
Can I paint the little trees or stick things on them? Yes. The wood is untreated. You can paint it, oil it, colour it in or stick things on it – ideal for crafting and for your own Christmas decorations.
Why don't all the little trees look the same? Wood is a natural material: brightness, grain and small knots vary. That is exactly what makes every little tree unique.
How wide is a Christmas tree in relation to its height? As a reference: at a height of 10 cm, the little tree is 8.5 cm wide. The other sizes are in proportion.
Plywood and tape are only the means. What matters is the moment your handmade card arrives – and the recipient can see that someone took their time. Just choose your size and get started.
