Some fibres are lighter, some darker, and small irregularities can occur. So every piece is one of a kind. Every cutout is made in our own production in Pößneck, Thuringia. We only make it after you order, in exactly the size you choose.

Can I paint the cutout or stick things on it? Yes. The HDF is untreated. You can paint it, varnish it, stick things on it and decorate it. This makes it ideal for crafts and decorating.

How tall is the outline at a given width? As a guide: at a width of 10 cm, the height is 8.5 cm. The other sizes are in proportion.

Why does the surface look a little different on each piece? HDF boards are made of pressed wood fibres. These can vary in shade and show small irregularities. This is not a fault. It makes every piece unique.

Can I return the item? No. Every cutout is made only after you order, in the size you choose. It is therefore excluded from exchange.
