Material & finish

The clipboard in board shape with rounded corners is made in Bütic's own production in Pößneck, Thuringia. The birch plywood is only 3mm thick, yet very sturdy and robust. It is light in the hand and doesn't warp easily in everyday use. The cornflower blue surface is sealed twice with a durable water-based clear varnish. It is neatly finished and pleasantly smooth. Wood is a purely natural material. Grain, shade and small knots vary from board to board. This makes each piece unique – it is not a flaw.

Care & durability

There isn't much to do. Simply wipe the clear-varnished surface with a slightly damp cloth when needed. Avoid prolonged moisture and harsh cleaning products. That way the colour and surface stay looking good for a long time.
