Material & finish

You can choose between two versions. The first is 3 mm birch plywood. Its surface is sealed twice with a durable water-based clear varnish. This protects the wood in daily use and keeps the grain visible. The second is 3 mm HDF (high-density fibreboard). It is sanded smooth on both sides and has a particularly even surface. Both versions are very stable, sturdy and neatly finished. Please note for birch plywood: wood is a purely natural material. Variations in shade, fine textures and small knots are part of it and make every board unique. The grain can run horizontally or vertically. Good to know about birch plywood

Plywood is made of several layers of wood glued crosswise. This makes it more dimensionally stable than solid wood of the same thickness. That's why the clipboard, only 3 mm thick, stays reliably flat in daily use in catering and at home. It gives you a firm surface for writing and presenting.

Care & durability

There isn't much to do. Simply wipe the varnished surface of the birch plywood with a slightly damp cloth. Avoid prolonged wetness and harsh cleaners. This keeps your clipboard looking well cared for over a long time.
