The concave shape with rounded corners rests comfortably on your arm and has no sharp edges. Every clipboard is made in Bütic's own production in Pößneck, Thuringia. Wood is a purely natural material: brightness, grain and small knots vary from board to board. That makes every piece one of a kind.

Good to know about the clipboard

Birch plywood consists of several wood layers glued crosswise. This means it warps much less than a single solid wood board of the same thickness. That is why this clipboard can be so light at just 3 mm and still keep its shape, even if you use it every day.

Care & durability

There isn't much you need to do. Thanks to the double clear lacquer seal, simply wipe the board with a dry or slightly damp cloth when needed. Avoid constant moisture. That way the natural-coloured surface keeps its well-kept look for a long time.

Why does my clipboard look different from the photo? Wood is a natural material. Brightness, grain and small knots differ from board to board. This is not a defect. It makes your board unique.

Can I choose the direction of the wood grain? Yes, by arrangement. As standard, the grain can run horizontally or vertically, because we plan our cutouts to minimise waste. Just send us a short message with your preference.

Which clip is right for me? You can choose between a metal spring clip and a wire clip. Both come in 8 colours, from silver to rainbow.

Can I hang up the clipboard? Yes, there is a hanging eyelet at the top left and right. The board hangs within easy reach on a wall, hook or shelf.
