The surface is sealed with two coats of durable water-based clear varnish, so it is well protected. Every board is made in our own production at Bütic in Pößneck, Thuringia. Wood is a purely natural material. Variations in shade, small knots and grain patterns are normal. This is what makes every piece one of a kind.

Can I hang the clipboard up? Yes, it has two hanging eyelets, one at the top left and one at the top right. This way it hangs straight and securely on the wall.

Which way does the grain run? The grain can run horizontally or vertically, regardless of the format you order – we optimise our cutouts to avoid waste. If you'd like a particular direction, just send us a quick message.

Can the surface be wiped clean? Yes. The board has two coats of hard-wearing water-based clear lacquer and can be cleaned with a slightly damp cloth.

Do all boards look the same? No. Wood is a natural material with variations in shade, grain and small knots. This isn't a flaw. It makes your board unique.

Which clip is right for me? The spring clip grips firmly and holds thicker stacks too. The wire clip has a slimmer look. Both are available in eight colours.
