The rounded corners of the concave shape feel pleasant to hold. Every board is made in our own production in Pößneck, Thuringia, with a clean finish right up to the edge. Wood is a purely natural material. So each board shows its own grain, with small differences in shade and texture. That makes every piece one of a kind.

Good to know about birch plywood

Plywood is made of several layers of wood glued crosswise. This means it warps much less than a single board. It stays stable even when thin. That’s why this clipboard needs a material thickness of only 3 mm. It’s light to carry and still gives you a reliably flat writing surface.

Care & durability

There’s not much you need to do. Thanks to the clear varnish, simply wipe the board with a slightly damp cloth when needed. Avoid constant moisture and harsh cleaning products. That way the surface keeps its colour and shine for a long time.

Which clip suits me? You can choose between a metal spring clip and a wire clip. Some versions are available with an optional pen holder. Both hold your sheets firmly. The choice is mainly a matter of taste.

Can I choose the direction of the wood grain? Yes, by arrangement. By default, the grain may run horizontally or vertically, regardless of the format you order. Just send us a short message if you’d like a specific direction.

Does every clipboard look the same? Not quite. Wood is a natural material with grain in varying shades and the occasional small knot. This isn’t a flaw. It makes your board one of a kind.
