Which way does the grain run? The grain can run horizontally or vertically, regardless of the format you order. We optimise our cutouts to avoid unnecessary waste. A preferred direction is possible by arrangement. Just send us a short message.

Why does every board look a little different? Wood is a natural material. Varying shades, small irregularities in the grain and knots are normal. They make every piece unique and are not a defect.
