Grain and shade may vary slightly, and small knots may occur. This makes every piece one of a kind. The grain can run horizontally or vertically. There's not much to do. Thanks to the clear lacquer seal, a slightly damp cloth is all you need to wipe it clean. Avoid constant moisture and harsh cleaners. That way the red surface stays looking well cared for.
