The clipboard is made in our own production in Pößneck from 3 mm birch plywood. It is very sturdy and robust, yet light enough to carry around. The dark green surface is sealed with a durable water-based clear lacquer. The convex shape with rounded corners is comfortable to hold. Wood is a natural material. Good to know about birch plywood

Plywood is made of several layers of wood glued crosswise. This makes it much more dimensionally stable than a plain board of the same thickness. So your clipboard stays reliably flat, even at just 3 mm thick. You get a smooth surface for neat writing, at your desk or on the go.

Care & durability

There's not much you need to do. Thanks to the clear lacquer seal, simply wipe the board with a slightly damp cloth when needed. Avoid constant moisture and harsh cleaning agents. That way your wooden clipboard keeps its rich dark green surface for a long time.

Frequently asked questions

Can I hang the clipboard on the wall? Yes. There is one eyelet at the top left and one at the top right. This way it hangs straight and securely, for example as a notice board in a waiting area or at a market stall.

Why does the grain on my board run differently from the picture? We optimise our cutouts to avoid unnecessary waste. So the grain can run horizontally or vertically. If you'd like a particular direction, just send us a short message.
