The clipboard is made in our own Bütic production in Pößneck from 3 mm birch plywood. It is very sturdy and robust, yet pleasantly light in the hand. The dark red surface is sealed with a durable water-based clear varnish. The corners are neatly rounded. Wood is a natural material. Brightness, grain and small knots vary from board to board. This is not a flaw. It is exactly what makes each piece one of a kind. The grain can run horizontally or vertically, regardless of the size you order. Care & durability

There is not much you need to do. Simply wipe the sealed board with a dry or slightly damp cloth when needed. Avoid constant moisture and harsh cleaners. That way the varnished surface keeps its dark red colour for a long time.
