This clipboard is made in our own production in Pößneck from 3 mm birch plywood. Despite being thin, this material is very stable and robust. The light oak surface is sealed with a durable water-based clear varnish and neatly finished. The corners are rounded. Wood is a natural material. Variations in shade, small knots and slight irregularities in the grain are not flaws. They make every piece one of a kind. The grain may run horizontally or vertically, regardless of the size you order. We optimise our cutouts to avoid unnecessary waste. Good to know about the clipboard

Birch plywood is made from several layers of wood glued crosswise. This makes it much more dimensionally stable than a single board of the same thickness. So this clipboard stays flat despite being only 3 mm thick. It doesn't warp in everyday use, whether you hold it every day or it hangs on the wall permanently.

Care & durability

There's not much you need to do. Simply wipe the varnished surface with a slightly damp cloth when needed. Avoid prolonged moisture and harsh cleaners. That way the wood keeps its even surface and warm shade for a long time.
