Two coats of clear lacquer protect the light blue surface in daily use. Every board is made in our own production at Bütic in Pößneck, Thuringia, and is carefully finished. Wood is a purely natural material. Brightness, grain and small knots vary from board to board. This is not a flaw – it's what makes every piece one of a kind.
