The clipboard is made in Bütic's own production in Pößneck. It is made from 3 mm birch plywood, which is very sturdy and robust despite its slim build. The surface is finished in dark walnut and sealed with a durable water-based clear lacquer. This keeps it smooth and hard-wearing in everyday use. Wood is a purely natural material. Variations in colour, small knots and differences in the grain are part of it and make every board one of a kind. This isn't a flaw, it's genuine character.
