The red painted surface is sealed with a water-based clear varnish. The corners are rounded, and the finish is neat. Wood is a purely natural material. Its brightness, grain and small knots can vary. This makes every board one of a kind and is not a flaw. Every piece is made in our own production in Pößneck.

Why does the grain on my board run differently from the picture? The grain may run horizontally or vertically because we plan our cutouts to minimise waste. If you wish, we’ll agree the grain direction with you after a quick chat.
