Material & finish

The clipboard is made from 3 mm birch plywood. The cross-glued wood layers make the thin board surprisingly sturdy and less prone to warping. So it will serve you as a reliable writing surface for a long time. Two coats of water-based clear varnish protect the black surface in everyday use. Every board is made in our own production in Pößneck, Thuringia. It is neatly finished right into the rounded corners. Wood is a natural material. Small differences in grain and texture and the occasional knot are normal. That is exactly what makes each piece one of a kind.

Care & durability
