The clipboard is made in our own production in Pößneck, Thuringia. It's cut from 3 mm birch plywood, which is very sturdy and robust despite its slim build. The convex shape with rounded corners sits comfortably in your hand. You can feel the careful finish in the smooth edges. Two coats of water-based clear varnish protect the surface in everyday use. Wood is a purely natural material. Lightness, grain and small knots vary from board to board. That makes every piece unique. There's not much you need to do. Simply wipe the varnished surface with a slightly damp cloth when needed. Avoid constant moisture and harsh cleaning products. That way the warm walnut tone will look good for a long time.
