Two coats of durable water-based clear lacquer protect the dark red surface in daily use. Every board is carefully made in our own production in Pößneck, Thuringia. Wood is a purely natural material. The grain can vary in lightness, and small knots are normal. That's exactly what makes each piece one of a kind. The grain can run horizontally or vertically.
