Material & finish

The clipboard is made in our own production in Pößneck. It is cut from 3 mm birch plywood or, if you prefer, 3 mm HDF (high-density fibreboard). The birch plywood version is sealed with a durable water-based clear varnish. The surface feels smooth, is easy to write on and stands up to everyday use. Wood is a natural material. Variations in shade, fine grain patterns and small knots are part of it. They make every piece unique. Depending on the cut, the grain can run horizontally or vertically.
