Material & finish

The clipboard is made in our own production in Pößneck from 3 mm birch plywood. This makes it light, yet sturdy and robust. The rounded corners are comfortable to hold. The smoothly sanded surface is sealed twice with a water-based clear lacquer. This makes it hard-wearing in everyday use. Wood is a natural material. Small differences in shade and grain, as well as fine knots, are normal and make every piece unique. The grain can run horizontally or vertically. Good to know about the clipboard

Birch plywood is made of several veneer layers glued crosswise. This construction makes the board particularly stable and break-resistant, even though it's only 3 mm thick. That's exactly why the material suits a writing board that is picked up, carried and written on every day.

Care & durability

There isn't much you need to do. Thanks to the clear lacquer seal, simply wipe the board with a slightly damp cloth when needed. Avoid prolonged wetness and harsh cleaners. That way the surface keeps its friendly pink look for a long time.
