Good to know about the clipboard

Plywood is made of several layers of wood glued crosswise. This makes it much more dimensionally stable than a single board of the same thickness. That's why a thickness of 3 mm is enough for birch plywood. Your clipboard stays light in your hand. It still gives you a firm surface for writing neatly, even while standing.

Care & durability

There's not much you need to do. Simply wipe the board with a slightly damp cloth when needed. The clear lacquer protects the surface in everyday use. Avoid constant moisture and don't soak it in water. Then your clipboard will keep its shape and colour for a long time.

Can I choose the direction of the grain? Yes, by arrangement we're happy to align the grain the way you'd like. Just send us a short message. Without prior arrangement, it can run horizontally or vertically. This is because we optimise our cutouts to avoid waste.

Is the clipboard also available with a pen holder? Yes, some clip options are available with an optional pen holder – so your pen is always to hand on the board.

Why does my board look a little different from the picture? Wood is a purely natural material. Brightness, grain and small knots differ from board to board. This isn't a defect. It's what makes your clipboard one of a kind.
