The Jumbo-Jet V2 is made from 3 mm thick HDF/MDF fibreboard. It is firm enough to sit well in your hand. It is also thin enough to glue on or hang up easily. The silhouette is laser-cut, so the edges are smooth and the shape is precise. The surface is left natural, neither varnished nor glazed. This makes it ideal for painting, sticking things on and decorating. HDF is pressed wood fibre, so it naturally shows slight variations. Some fibres are lighter, others darker, and small irregularities may occur. This makes every piece one of a kind. The cutout is made in our own production in Pößneck, Thuringia. HDF is a fibreboard like MDF, only more densely compressed. This makes it harder, and it stays stable even when thin.
