The dungarees are made from 3 mm HDF/MDF fibreboard. They are sturdy enough to hang up or stand upright, yet easy to work with. Laser cutting gives a smooth edge and a clean finish. Every piece is made in our own production in Pößneck, Thuringia. Good to know: HDF boards are made from pressed wood fibres and always show different textures. Some fibres are lighter, some darker, and there may be the odd small blemish. This is typical of the material and makes every piece unique. It is not a defect. HDF is a fibreboard like MDF, only more densely compressed. This makes it harder, and it stays sturdy even when thin.
