Paint, glue and pens adhere well, so you don't need any preparation. As a pressed wood fibre product, HDF always shows slight variations. The fibres vary in shade and small irregularities can occur. This makes each piece unique and is not a defect. Every leaf is made in our own production in Pößneck, Thuringia. HDF is a fibreboard like MDF, only more densely compressed. This makes it harder, and it stays stable even when thin.

How to use the holly leaf
