HDF is a fibreboard made from pressed wood fibres. As a natural material, it is not always the same shade and may show small irregularities in its texture. This makes every piece unique and is not a defect. Laser cutting gives clean, smooth edges and a neat finish. The surface stays untreated and takes paint, oil or glue well. Every teddy is made in our own production in Pößneck, Thuringia. HDF is a wood fibreboard like MDF, only more densely compressed. This makes it harder, and it stays sturdy even when thin.

How to use the MDF teddy
