It's a natural wooden figure for crafting, painting and decorating. You design it to suit your home. Keep it plain as winter decor in natural wood. Material & finish

The figure is made from 3 mm thick HDF/MDF fibreboard. It's sturdy enough to stand up, hang and decorate, yet easy to work with. Laser cutting gives smooth edges and a clean finish, so you can start creating straight away. The board is untreated, neither varnished nor glazed. Paint, glue and pens stick well. Good to know: pressed wood fibres always show different textures. Some fibres are lighter, some darker, and now and then there are small specks. This makes every figure one of a kind and is not a defect. HDF is a fibreboard like MDF, only more densely compressed. This makes it harder and keeps it stable even when thin.

Care & durability

There's not much you need to do. An occasional dry dusting is enough. As the HDF is untreated, it's best to keep the figure away from moisture. That way it keeps its shape and stays with you for many Christmases. If you finish it with varnish or paint, the surface also gets a protective layer.
