The days are getting lighter, and the first Easter tree is on the table. Now you're looking for something to bring spring to your windows, branches and craft table. These orange wooden Easter eggs are made for your Easter decorations. They arrive ready cut and stained. You can hang them up, stick them on or decorate them further. With just a few steps, you make decorations you can enjoy year after year.

What changes for you

  • You can start straight away instead of cutting and preparing. Every Easter egg is laser-cut, accurate to size and arrives with smooth edges.
  • You can craft with children too. The orange stain meets the requirements of DIN EN 71-3.
  • Your decorations look lively rather than uniform. Depending on the light, the wood grain shimmers through the stain. So every egg looks a little different.
  • You decorate the back just the way you like. It is natural and untreated, ideal for painting, writing on or sticking things on.
  • You have the right size for every project. Choose from 2 cm for table scatter up to 10 cm for window pictures, in 1 cm steps.

Why these wooden Easter eggs make a difference in everyday life

Ready-made plastic decorations often look generic. A wooden Easter egg brings warmth and a natural feel to the room. You can use it on the Easter tree, in the window or on the table laid for afternoon coffee. The material feels good in your hand, and the colour is bright and cheerful. Your guests can see that you decorated with care. Combine them with other colours to make colourful Easter eggs you can use again and again around Easter.

Material & finish

The Easter eggs are made from 3 mm plywood. They are laser-cut in our own production at Bütic in Pößneck, Thuringia. Laser cutting gives accurate shapes and smooth edges. It also leaves the typical brown edge that gives the eggs their distinctive look. The front has an orange stain in line with DIN EN 71-3. The back is left natural. Wood is a purely natural material. It varies in shade and shows patterns in the grain and small knots. This makes every piece one of a kind – not a flaw, but character.

  • In the window: hang several sizes on ribbons. From outside, they form a cheerful window picture that puts you in a spring mood as soon as you come home.
  • On the Easter table: scatter small eggs between plates and napkins as table scatter. The table looks lovingly laid with very little effort.
  • In a café or bakery: place the eggs in the counter display or shop window. The seasonal decorations are set up in a few minutes. They show customers straight away that you have Easter specialities.
  • For money gifts and small presents: stick a labelled Easter egg on the Easter nest or card. A simple gesture becomes a personal gift.
