The disc is made from 1.2 mm bookbinding board with a weight of 755 g/m². It is noticeably firmer than ordinary craft card. That keeps it in shape, and it feels substantial in your hand. The surface is smooth and reliably takes paint, glue and varnish. The disc is laser-cut, so the edges are smooth. They show the dark colouring typical of laser-cut cardboard. Every disc is made in our own production in Pößneck, Thuringia. It is neatly finished and cut to exactly the size you order.
