Every cutout is made in our own production in Pößneck, Thuringia.

How to use the Christmas angel

• Christmas crafts with children: each child decorates their own angel with paint, glitter or scraps of paper. At the end they proudly take home something they made themselves.
• In the window: several angels in different sizes make a festive window picture that can be seen from inside and outside.
• On presents: a small angel as a gift tag with a name written on it. The parcel under the tree finds its owner all by itself.
• In the advent calendar: 24 small angels, numbered and hung up. The countdown to Christmas Eve gets a face.

The chubby-cheeked angel figures this silhouette is based on are called putti, or cherubs. Since the Renaissance and Baroque, they have adorned churches, paintings and Christmas decorations. Why does the angel have brown edges? The silhouette is laser-cut. This creates the typical brown cut edges that frame the shape.

Is the board suitable for outdoor use? The board is untreated and should not stay damp for long. It is ideal for sheltered indoor use.
