The hat is made from 1.2 mm bookbinding board. This is a solid board in bookbinding quality at 755 g/m². It sits well in your hand and stays sturdy even after painting. The smooth surface takes paint, glue and varnish reliably. The brown edges come from precise laser cutting and give every cutout a clean, even edge. Every hat is made in our own production in Pößneck, Thuringia. It's carefully finished, so you can rely on it when crafting.
