We make every puzzle piece in our own production at Bütic in Pößneck, from 3 mm birch plywood. Laser cutting gives smooth, precise edges, so there is nothing for you to finish off. We lacquer the raw sheets ourselves on both sides in dark oak. A final clear, satin-matt water-based lacquer protects the surface and lets the grain and knots show through. Wood is a purely natural material. Brightness and texture vary from piece to piece. Small irregularities in the grain are normal. They make each piece unique and are not a defect.
